Privacy Policy
This policy describes the website as it operates today. CalcMaroc does not claim any privacy-compliance or security certification.
Who this policy covers
CalcMaroc operates this calculator website. For privacy questions, email contact@calcmaroc.com. This policy covers CalcMaroc pages, calculators, and messages sent to that address.
Local calculator and search processing
Values entered into calculators are processed by code running in your browser. They are not sent to CalcMaroc or a third party, added to the URL, or stored in a database, cookie, or browser storage. A calculator search term may appear in the URL’s q parameter, but search uses only the local index; Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not log query parameters.
Values may remain temporarily in visible fields and the active tab’s memory until you clear them, reload the page, or close the tab. CalcMaroc cannot view or recover those values.
Technical requests and security
To display a page, your browser must send a request to the hosting infrastructure. Hosting and security providers may therefore process the IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser headers, and security events to deliver, cache, and protect the site.
The website does not combine this technical data with calculator values or use it to create an advertising profile. Retention depends on the hosting provider’s operational and security settings.
Contact by email
The site has no contact form: its contact link opens your own email service. If you email CalcMaroc, your address, message, and associated technical information are processed by the relevant email providers to deliver the message, reply, and maintain a reasonable support record.
Do not send passwords, identity documents, payslips, bank details, or other sensitive information. Messages are kept only while useful for handling the request, security, or an applicable obligation.
Cookies, advertising, and analytics
The application code does not set or read cookies and does not use localStorage or sessionStorage. Cloudflare Web Analytics is integrated as a production option but remains absent from development and disabled by default. No advertising network, profiling pixel, session replay, or Google Analytics measurement is integrated.
When enabled after an assessment, the Cloudflare beacon measures viewed pages and their performance. It receives no calculator value or result, email address, or custom event. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not log query parameters, use cookies or browser storage, and discards the IP address received during the request at the nearest data center without storing it in core databases or logs.
Advertising boxes visible in development are non-interactive layout reservations. They are not advertisements and make no ad-network request. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.
Recipients, sales, and transfers
CalcMaroc does not sell personal data. Possible recipients are limited to providers needed for hosting and security, Cloudflare for page and performance measurements if Web Analytics is enabled, and—when you choose to write—email delivery. Where technical data is processed depends on those providers’ infrastructure and should be checked in their applicable terms.
Your rights and choices
Depending on the applicable law and your circumstances, you may have rights to information, access, correction, objection, or deletion concerning personal data that is actually held. Email contact@calcmaroc.com to make a request. Proportionate verification may be needed before information is disclosed.
You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority. In Morocco, this is the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP).
Limits of local processing
Local calculation reduces transmission, but it cannot protect against someone with access to your device, a browser extension, malware, screenshots, or browser synchronization features. Use a trusted device and browser for sensitive values.
Future changes
Cloudflare Web Analytics must remain disabled wherever consent is required until a mechanism blocks the beacon before a positive choice. Before enabling advertising or another analytics capability, CalcMaroc must identify the providers, purposes, data, legal bases, retention periods, and transfers involved and update the required controls. Refusal must not prevent use of the core calculators.
